THEY GOSSIPED WHILED I WATCHED FROM THE GLASS ENTRY WAY.
Again. Everyone is entitled to sharing an opinion... I didn't believe they had staff that bad. I was disrespected. I was appalled at the lack of accountability and care. I hope the administrators catch on before their mission statement is completely debunked because of mismatched persons , in wrong positions that effect their overall population being served.
A great place to get homeless services. They offer hot breakfast daily as well as bagged lunches to go. Housing case managers although I haven't used their housing services are on deck five days a week.
I am not able to give other wemon attention before Christmas 🎄☃️🎄☃️ and it was a female 🐑 on the 3 way phone 🤳🤳 conversation with Sammie pigg today on the train to union station in D.C. …
I respect the organizations mission but the Staff is VERY VERY unprofessional. Staff are suppose to help with the overall experience a person receives while being serviced. I had a scheduled meeting with PRINCESS SMITH and she never showed up. I took off work for our scheduled meeting and for her not to show up was very unprofessional, rude and a waste of my time. This organizations Staff needs professional development training
I used to not want to eat here because of the reused plates, now they have paper plates. Still doesn't make up for the half dirt half clean odor masqued by the cooked food aroma, in the kitchen area,or the dirty clean bathroom odor in the service facility. I pray for those workers who have to deal with that odor... Maybe they need staff appreciation...overall I heard they have good fast service response time although I only eat there on days when I have no food to consume
I love the organizations mission but the staff is Very hood, ghetto, unreliable and unprofessional. I had a scheduled interview with Princess Smith I took off work that morning for the interview and Princess never showed up. DONT ATTEMPT TO WORK HERE
Great efficient staff members and hearty good and hot coffee. I love this all in one facility. Great place to get support and or assistance regarding social services.
